Returning products for a refund
You may contact Insiders Health Group Inc at info@insidershealth.com within 90 days of the original order date for a 100% refund of the product purchase price. Or alternatively you can call customer service at 1-800-308-8260.
IH reserves the right to refuse a refund to anyone reasonably suspected by IH to have previously taken advantage of IH satisfaction guarantee on more than one occasion.

Processing of refunds
Normally refunds are processed within five (5) business days from the day we are notified by email or by telephone call.
Refunds may or may not appear on your next billing statement depending on when you get your bill. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within your next billing cycle. Refunds will be issued on the same card used to make your purchase.
