In an effort to get people motivated to stay with their exercise plan, Ontario scientists are recommending “HIIT.” This workout consists of intense exercise for one minute and one minute of rest, for a total of 10 times. The 20 minute workout surprisingly produces the same physiological changes as an hour-long session of steady bicycling! Today, there are many HIIT exercises that could fit just about everyone’s needs and get you ready for summer!
