Many of us could agree that having a lot of sex is great. Physically it feels great, but it actually “comes” with a lot of health benefits.
First benefit, our immune systems.
We’re told eating a healthy diet, being active, a solid amount of sleep will keep your immune system strong. But I bet no one has ever told you that having sex will help keep your immune system happy.
Studies have shown that people who have sex twice or more a week, had higher levels of antibodies. Therefore, your body has a better chance of fighting viruses, germs, and illnesses.
Still, remember to wear a condom, STD’s still happen.
Another benefit from all that sex, is a healthy heart and blood pressure!
It’s been shown that having sex lowers your first number on your blood pressure test, known as the systolic blood pressure.
For your heart, sex will help keep your estrogen and testosterone levels up. When those levels drop, that can lead to a number of heart problems, such as heart disease and osteoporosis.
Now the final benefit: Sex helps relieve pain.
From back pain, leg pain, headaches, menstrual cramps, and even some arthritic pain, many subjects from different studies have proven this to be true.
When we have sex, especially when we climax, we release endorphins. Which are natural pain killers for our bodies. Not only that, but we also release a hormone called prolactin. Thus, giving you those peaceful and relaxed feelings.
So…get busy.
