Markeplace return and refund policy
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on products in the Insiders Health Marketplace with the exception of products by manufacturers that do not accept returns or exchanges of their products – PLEASE CAREFULLY READ PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS ON EACH PRODUCT PAGE TO SEE EACH MANFUACTURER’S RETURN AND REFUND POLICY. Insiders Health strictly adheres to each manufacturer’s return policy. All returns and refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Initial date of purchase
The initial date of purchase is considered to be seven (7) days after the product is shipped from manufacturer’s facility to the address you specified.
Original purchase price
Is the amount you paid for the product(s), shipping and taxes at the time of your order.
Throughout this Return and Refund Policy, a Customer Number is the number provided to you on your order confirmation email. All customers must use their Customer Number and Name when contacting Insiders Health Marketplace Customer Service for questions about, or problems with an order.
This is the tracking number issued by the manufacturer’s shipping company and provided to you by our customer service department in the Tracking Email sent out after you have received an order confirmation email. Your tracking number is issued once the manufacturer has processed and shipped your product. It is used to track shipments of your products from the manufacturer’s shipping facility to the delivery address you specified in your order.
Applicable fees refer to certain fees deducted from your original purchase price to determine the amount of refund or credit you will be issued. Applicable fees include, but are not limited to (a) processing and re-stocking fee; (b) shipping charge adjustment and (c) sales tax adjustment
Processing and re-stocking Fee
If the manufacturer charges a re-stocking and processing fee per product or order, it will be deducted from your refund total.
Shipping charge adjustment fee
If a shipping fee was charged with your order, the amount you paid for shipping will be deducted from your original purchase price prior to determining the amount of refund or credit to be issued.
Sales tax adjustment
If sales tax was included in your original purchase price, the amount of the tax charged will be deducted from the original purchase price when determining the amount of refund or credit to be issued.
Returning products for a refund
Product returns processed within 30 days of purchase may be returned for a refund with the exception of manufacturer’s products which are non-returnable and non-refundable. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS ON EACH PRODUCT PAGE TO SEE EACH MANFUACTURER’S RETURN AND REFUND POLICY BEFORE URCHASING.
Products returned 31or more days after Purchase Date are not entitled to a refund. Insiders Health Marketplace cannot currently issue store credits. Please read all product information before purchasing and make your purchases carefully.
How to get a refund
1. Email or call our Insiders Health Marketplace Customer Service (978) 712-8999 for specific instructions on returns of products to each manufacturer. Each manufacturer has a different return policy. Please read individual product descriptions for information on that manufacturers return policy (Note: some merchants do not accept ANY returns or exchanges on their products. Please read product descriptions carefully and make your purchases accordingly.) Return instructions will be emailed to the email address you entered on your original order.
2. Place the product(s) to be returned in a shipping box, and follow specific return instructions from the manufacturer of the products being returned sent to you by Insiders Health Customer Service. (Note: Some merchants do not accept ANY returns or exchanges of products). Carefully seal all boxes to be shipped and label with Manufacturer’s Return Address and your Return Address.
3. We strongly suggest that you use a shipping company that can provide a tracking number so you can be assured that your shipment is delivered to the manufacturer.
Products may be returned within 30 days of the initial date of purchase for a refund of the original purchase price less shipping fees, and in some cases, other applicable fees, by contacting Insiders Health Marketplace Customer Service at (978) 712-8999. For all other inquiries about Insiders Health, please contact us here. Please note: Insiders Health Marketplace Customer Service can assist with Marketplace questions, but is unable to answer questions about Insiders Health website, network or affiliated businesses.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned product(s) back to the manufacturer. We strongly recommend you use a service that can provide a tracking number so your return products can be verified as delivered to each manufacturer’s product return address.
Important Note: DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS TO INSIDERS HEALTH ADDRESS. INSIDERS HEALTH IS UNABLE TO ACCEPT OR PROCESS YOUR RETURN. ONLY MANUFACTURERS CAN ACCEPT AND PROCESS YOUR RETURNS. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU CAN BE REFUNDED FOR PRODUCTS RETURNED TO INSIDERS HEALTH ADDRESS.
Products returned to Insiders Health address instead of the designated manufacturer’s product return address will NOT be considered returned and no refund will be issued. You will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred by sending products to Insiders Health address rather than to the appropriate manufacturer’s product return address as designated in the specific manufacturer’s return policy information emailed to you by Insiders Health Marketplace Customer Service.
Processing of refunds
Refunds of products are not issued to you until the product is received back into the manufacturer’s shipping facility and the manufacturer has notified us of that they have accepted receipt of the product. Normally refunds are processed within five (5) business days from the day we are notified by the manufacturer of receipt of the returned product and authorized by the manufacturer to issue your refund. Refunds may or may not appear on your next billing statement depending on when you get your bill. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within your next billing cycle. Refunds will be issued on the same card used to make your purchase.
We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at our discretion, or to address any customer we believe is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on our Web site.
