What We Like
It’s all-natural (no illegal substances). Also, the bottle and packaging clearly states what the product is for, and is attractive and eye-appealing. (The results on the website are eye-appealing too.)The expiration date and lot number are listed on the bottle, and there is a toll-free number and website for questions or re-orders.

What We Don’t Like
The dosage instructions are a bit demanding and unclear (Take 5 capsules daily. Rotate 20 days on and 10 days off. For optimal benefit take 30 minutes before exercise.). You would definitely need to have some sort of calendar or other method to make sure you stayed on track. Also, the capsules don’t seem very durable, so you’d want to make sure to keep them in a protected “environment” (i.e. NOT loose in your gym bag, pocket or purse). Finally, the capsules have a slight odor (but no aftertaste).

As always, check with your doctor before starting any new supplements because there are several options out there.
