If you have eczema, include flaxseeds in your diet. Flaxseeds contain essential fatty acids like Omega 3, Omega 6 and alpha linolenic acid that add and retain skin moisture and suppleness. These nutrients are great for skin that is especially prone to dryness and inflammation.
