
For general body aches, rub down with a mixture of 1 cup vinegar and egg, beaten well. Soak in a nice hot tub for 20 minutes and dry with a heavy towel right away so you don't get chilled.

Keep a jar of pickle juice handy, any kind will do and when the night time (or day time) leg cramps hit drink some. You will quickly feel the cramp easing and going away. This is an old cure of a friend's aunt who kept a jar of pickle juice by her bed. Bless this Aunt for sharing this. It has worked well for my family. Hope it works for yours!
