Scabies is hard to get rid of. I used on myself (caught it in a nursing home situation from a loved one) a lavender essential oil castile soap. It’s a “bronner's” soap and has been around for years. You can get it at a health store. Specifically, Weber's on Euclid Ave. in Cleveland, Ohio has it.

After showering with it apply it full strength from neck to toes. Do it in small increments and add a little warm water to your hands to rub it into the skin every so often. Do not rinse off - let it air dry.

Change all clothes and bedding every day. Make sure to wash your hands every time you scratch and use a nail brush to get under the fingernails.
