For many people (guys & girls) dry skin can sometimes be an unwanted problem. I always think the best way to solve a problem is first to know the problem.
Your Skin is the largest organ of the body. Yes it is an organ. The skin is like a sponge in that it absorbs nearly everything it comes into contact with. So my advice is before you put some moisturiser on your skin, make sure it can breath first. For those of you that have access to a sauna, please used it daily or at least a couple of time a week to clean your skin from the inside out. Moisturiser is only a temporary solution, as it only treats the surface of your skin and for alimited time.
The body naturally produces oils, so the ideal thing is to have the pores and all avenues for your skin to fucntion propery, to be clear. This is accomplished by using a sauna. If you you cant use a sauna then a hot bath would be good alternative.
Once your skins pores are nice and clear, then take natural oils, and the body will use them to nourish your skin naturally. Here are some oils which benefit your skin:
Chamomile
Geranium
Hyssop
Lavender
Patchouli
Rose
Sandalwood
Ylang-Ylang
So keep your skin in good health and give your body the things it needs to naturally hydrate the skin and keep it healthy.
