There are many good ways of relieving constipation. I have tried many, and the best one that works for me is this:
First if you have a garden hose (this is an explanation, please don't think there's any hose involved!!) that is pretty much what your instestines (where all your food is digested) look like.
Over time they get clogged up if not enough fiber is eaten. The easy solution it to eat things which will clean the insides as they are digested. Granola bars are perfect for that, as they are like a fine gravel which clean the walls of your intestines. The best ones to use are crunchy (not chewy) kinds. There are many types to choose from. But this is the simplest method and works amazingly well.
For a week, every time you want a snack have a granola bar. Your toilet will not thank you , but your intesines will !!!
