- Drinking two glasses of fresh squeezed lemons mixed with a cup of water and a pinch of cayenne will reduce cellulite deposits. Add this to your daily routine for noticeable results.
- Combine rosemary and fennel oils and apply to areas with visible cellulite daily.
- Add two cups of sea salt to your bathwater and soak for at least 20 minutes. It will melt down externally visible body fat as well as remove toxins.
- Grind up caffeinated coffee, mix it with skin lotion and apply it to target areas. Repeat daily for best results.
- Maintaining a healthy detox diet that is low in fat, high in fiber, and with lots of fresh fruits and veggies will greatly reduce visible cellulite.
