I just turned 40 last week, and my wife has been bugging me to take better care of myself. She takes a ton of supplements, fish oil, all that crazy stuff…I just don’t have the time or energy to do that. I want to find something easy, convenient, and healthy. I’ve never been a fan of popping pills, so was hoping to find a product that I can add to food, or add to my diet that can help me be more healthy. I know vitamins like A, C, E, and D are important, but I’ve been reading a lot about minerals and antioxidants that are more specifically helpful for men…like soy and saw palmetto.
