Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis

I recently was watching an entertainment news program (a dime a dozen here in LA LA Land) and there was reference to actress Jennie Garth's (from Beverly Hills 90210 fame) daughter being diagnosed with "juvenile rheumatoid arthritis." She is only 5 years old! It also said that the little girl is now in "remission" from the condition. Does anyone know more about this form of arthritis, such as what causes it and how it can be treated?

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disorder in the same family with lupus, multiple sclerosis and Type 1 diabetes. That means the immune system attacks healthy cells. In the case of RA, those cells are in the joints. People with RA develop chronic stiffness and pain in the joints; the knees, shoulders, elbows and hips are most affected. It is a terrible condition for any of us, but especially troubling for kids.nnWhile osteoarthritis is a degenerative condition caused by age and/or overuse, RA is not itself degenerative but taking medications to control pain can lead to significantly compromised joints. That is especially the case if corticosteroids (prednisone is most common) is prescribed. It is essential that anyone with RA see a rheumatologist but also be clear that all of the favored drugs have side effects. Corticosteroids alone can be quite destructive over a long term; they are miraculous in eliminating pain in the short term but come with the wrong sort of payback.nnAnother issue, especially for a child, is RA is an inflammatory condition that can involve other body systems, including cardio health and blood pressure, if the RA is not adequately controlled.n

I had osteoarthritis for about 6 years trying every possible solution from conventional medicine to alternative remedy. But my pain and inflamed joints always " demanded" drugs like Ibuprofen, later Celebrex and even Tylenol#3 in a bad day. Thanks God , I discovered Osteodenx! OsteoDenx is not a calcium nutritional supplement. It is not a prescription osteo drug. Ordinary supplements merely provide minerals such as calcium and phosphorus in an effort to replace what is depleted every day. OsteoDenx is different: it is designed to complement the body's natural tissue growth and to help support the physical process of preserving bone density. I started to take 1 capsule a day and my joints symptoms disappeared within 3 months!!! That was unbelievable! I can live without the pain and more importantly I can move and exercise again!
Here is my point: prescription osteo drugs have their limitations. Pharmaceuticals and nutritional supplements both offer essential biochemicals. But by themselves, they lack any mechanism for assisting bone tissue's ability to make use of these resources.

That's the unique difference with OsteoDenx. It includes a patented transport system that is formulated to support the body's own, natural replenishment of calcium and other minerals.OsteoDenx and Syno-portin technology support the optimal balance of minerals within bones and joints, to help maintain bone density and support the structure and integrity of joint cartilage.

This technology is based on 20-plus years of scientific research, with results published in leading medical and professional journals.
