There is a massive herbal scam enterprise with hundreds of websites that have been cleverly designed to fool you, scam you and take your money for fake herbal remedies that may actually be harmful, not just useless. You will never know from what you see on these websites that the whole scheme is being operated out of Pakistan, at least not until your package arrives from there.
