If you're a runner (like me) and regularly pound the pavement or hit the trail, then here's something you should know: female runners can have bone density levels that are borderline TOO low. The Journal of Athletic Training suggest getting plenty of calcium through a well-balanced diet as well as strength training, which will help rebuild your frame.
