Acid Acetate Lower Blood Pressure

Acid Acetate is an acidic salt, also known as Ethanoic Acid. Acid Acetate Is found naturally in apples, cocoa, grapes, coffee, oranges, peaches, pineapples, strawberries, in vinegar and in many other fruits/plants.

A Japanese company recently discovered that a daily intake of vinegar 15ml. or more could significantly lower blood pressure; This effect is a result of the 4% Acetic Acid content found in vinegar.

All that said, does anyone here actually drink 15 ml (about a tablespoon) of vinegar?

Does anyone know whether or not the Acetic Acid loses its blood pressure lowering properties after it is cooked or combined with other substances?
