I worked as an environmental journalist on the program IMPACT, I earned an EdD in Educational Psychology, I taught English Composition/Literature, I am now a certified massage therapis.
At this point in my life I have had three major careers; environmental journalist, college teacher, and now certified massage therapist. What has drawn me to all of these careers is the drive for interpersonal communication, and the desire to help other learn how their minds and bodies work, and how we, as a global community, fit into our environment.

As a certified massage therapist, I practice a myriad of modalities such as Acupressure, Aromatherapy, Cranio-Sacral therapy, Energy massage, Lymphatic release, Myofacial therapy, Shiatsu, Swedish, and Thai massage.

I am most satisfied with my career now, because I am able to work one-on-one with clients, and am able to help my clients understand how their bodies can work to heal themselves. I am always researching alternative medicines and cures for my clients in order to provide them with a broader range of choices when they are trying to manage any type of dis-ease in mind and/or body.
