Healer, Caniosacral teacher, Integrated Awareness teacher & licensed physical therapist.
In 1998, I was introduced to Integrated Awareness®, and discovered an innately human set of skills for healing and wholeness through movement, touch and exploration in consciousness. Subsequently, I completed a three year certification program to become an Integrated Awareness® Teacher and I continue to participate in advanced Integrated Awareness® work. Over time, I found that this work facilitates change more quickly than other healing work and methods.

Being with children over the last 25 years, with and without individual differences, led to the co-development of Parents Go First™. This program bridges Integrated Awareness® and the specialty of raising children. As much of my earlier work with children occurred in the water, I also bring Integrated Awareness® to the water- in pools and in the oceans of the world. Working in partnership with Blue Water Intentions™ of Florida, we run sessions and retreats in a variety of locations around the world - consciously choosing to embody the experience of healing with others.

In addition, I am a licensed physical therapist with over 25 years of experience in pediatrics and family work. I have maintained a private practice for over 20 years. I am trained in Aquacranial Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Sensory Processing, WaterDance and Zero Balancing.

At the core of what I offer is the healing guidance into expanded perceptual states and enhanced response capacities through the movement based and hands on processes of Integrated Awareness®. My life experience has been my greatest teacher with the incredible support and love of my family and allies. For this I am grateful. I live in coastal Maine with my family and extended community enjoying nature and the waters of the area. And, as the weather grows colder, I enjoy working, teaching and playing in warmer climates, especially Florida, California and Hawaii.
