I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle by exercising, eathing correctly and taking natural products.
My family have a history of diabetes. My Mom died from it a few years ago. I have a brother and a neice with it. My goal it to help love ones, friends and anyone prevent or get benefit from present illness and conditions.
Though I have no problems with prescription medication, i don't believe that were meant to be a lifestyle. Not to mention the side effects.
