OK, enough already about the weather!!! It’s just one of the topics of meaningless chit-chat that consumes our lives on a daily basis.
Unfortunately, it’s doing nothing to help your health . . . unlike a real conversation.
That’s right! Researchers at Washington University have found that people who have substantive conversations – about things that really engage their brains - rank higher on a happiness scale than those who discuss mundane topics. In fact, the happiest person in the study had twice as many meaningful talks per day as the least happy person.
So forget the weather, find something challenging to talk about, and enjoy!
