Simple Tips to Naturally Fight Bad Breath


Bad breath is an embarrassing problem that can be the cause of many reasons, some of which are medical reasons.  Whatever the reason, bad breath is not something you want to have to deal with and no one else wants to have to deal with it, either!

Believe it or not, you can tell if you have bad breath by licking the back of your hand and smelling it after it dries.  This is what your breath smells like to others.  Sometimes you can’t even tell you have bad breath.  The sad thing is people will not tell you how bad your breath is. 
There are a few things you can do to help with your bad breath, but recently yogurt has become beneficial in curing bad breath, according to scientific studies.

Here are bad breath remedies:
• Apple cider vinegar should be swallowed before each meal.
• Eat pumpkin every day.
• Brush your teeth with baking soda.
• Chew peppermint or carnation to have a better smell.
• Blanch parsley several times a day.
• Drink chamomile tea.
• Gurgle salt water
• Scrub your tongue

There are many reasons of why you could have bad breath, from eating onions on your sandwich to allergies.  Use these methods to help you prevent bad breath and keep your friends and family happy by keeping your breath smelling great!
