A Recipe for Sex Success: 7 Ways to Spice It Up

Sex and Your Diet
A well-balanced diet filled with healthy foods that are prepared with a minimum of added saturated fat, salt and sugar puts you miles closer to having a stellar sex drive. Your best bets are fatty fish and other lean protein sources, whole grains, fruits and vegetables, and low-fat dairy products. Avoid diets that are too low in fat because they may limit your body's ability to produce sex hormones.

Exercise it Out
Regular physical activity contributes to clear arteries and normal blood glucose and blood pressure levels, while it tones your body, boosts your mood, and helps in weight control. In addition to keeping you healthy, activities that increase blood flow to the large muscle groups in the lower half of your body also improve blood flow to the genitals—and that goes a long way toward improving opportunities for romance!

Along with diet and exercise, here are 7 simple things you can do to improve your sex drive and general health:

1. Get at least 30 minutes of vigorous exercise a day, such as brisk walking, tennis, jogging, or aerobics or weight training. Take your partner along so you can bond and encourage each other to stick with it and challenge your bodies.

2. Achieve and maintain a healthy weight with a well-balanced diet that minimizes saturated and trans fats.

3. Don't smoke. Smoking and other tobacco products are associated with impotence.

4. If you are man with erectile dysfunction, ask your doctor to give you a fasting blood glucose test to determine if diabetes is the cause.

5. Manage chronic conditions, such as heart disease and diabetes, with a healthful diet and regular exercise.

6. Make a list of your regular medications and supplements. Discuss possible sexual side effects with your doctor, healthcare provider or pharmacist.

7.  Identify sources of stress and take steps to alleviate and reduce them.

Also, don't underestimate the power of certain natural "sex enhancers" such as Virilen and Ciatrol.

By combining these helpful tips with regular exercise and a healthy diet, you can create your own recipe for sexual satisfaction.
