These articles are invaluable, Thank you. I have been an artist, sculptor for the last 50 plus years and work with many metals, paints and chemicals all the time. Therefore I am also very concerned about detoxifying my body to maintain good health and so far even my doctors say it seems to be working. Keeping hydrated and choosing organically grown foods while avoiding processed foods is a start but the water choice seems paramount to one secret. I am 70 now and they say act and appear to be more like in my 50's.
