No matter what diet you decide to go on, it is always important to remember to stay well hydrated.  It is also as equally important to never starve yourself for the sake of losing weight.  Now, how can you safely drop 3 kilo using the 3-day diet?

A safe nourishing way to go about losing those unwanted kilos would be to consider a 3-day juice diet.  You will drink lots of fruits and vegetables so that your stores of vitamins and minerals are not depleted along with plenty of spring water to keep up your levels of hydration.

Fresh fruits and vegetables are considered to be live foods and as well as having vitamins and minerals in them, they also have antioxidants, and enzymes.  When juiced, the digestive system sees this food as ‘invisible’ and the body quickly assimilates it without using massive amounts of energy. The benefit is that you are giving your body all the food it desires so you will not feel hungry, but at the same time you are giving your digestive system a much needed rest while you concentrate on your 3 day diet.

The are a number of amazing results occurring within your body, with this 3 day diet, but two of the most important things that happen are firstly you will notice an increase in your energy levels and secondly you will notice an increase in the frequency of your visits to the toilet because when fruits and vegetables are juiced they act as a diuretic.  Both of these things are normal.

Your body is being flushed out and all of the toxins that have been weighing you down are passing through your system leaving you feeling lighter because you will also be dropping weight over the period of the 3-Day Diet

There are 3 simple rules that you can follows to get the most out of your 3 Day Diet so that when you’ve finished you will also be 3 kilo’s lighter with a flatter stomach that will be the envy of others.

1.    Drink freshly squeezed fruit juice in the morning. This will get your blood flowing, and your cells pumping as your body warms up for the day.  If you thing of the sweeping affect of a broom, then this is what the juice will begin gently doing to your body, as it eliminates any unwanted waste.  You will also feel your weight dropping.  Continue to drink as much fruit juice as you like through the morning as well as plenty of spring water.  This will have the affect of continually cleaning and eliminating the fluid build up within.

2.    In the afternoon swap over to drinking vegetable juices. Vegetable juices will re-build your cell structure to continue working on decreasing your weight as well as increasing your energy. 

3.    Drink plenty of spring water so that you stay hydrated at all times.

It is a little known fact that when fruit or vegetables that have been turned into juice enter the body, they immediately become alkaline.  This means that they have a balancing affect on the body, despite the fact that some fruits, more so than vegetables, when eaten whole can be acidic and this adds to the body’s ability to be able to shed weight quickly and easily.
