Discover the Secret: Anti-Aging Vitamins for Women

Rejuvenate your body with these vitamins specific for women and anti-aging.

As women grow older, their body cells die and new healthy cell generation is hindered.  An unhealthy diet can bring on premature aging.  This is because our bodies need a specific amount of vitamins to produce healthy cells and repair the damaged ones.  Why is this so important to aging women?  Healthy cells promote anti-aging.  Vitamins promote healthy cells.

Free Radicals and Toxins Can Ruin the Process of Slowing Aging

When you lack the vitamins needed for healthy cell rejuvenation, free radicals can be produced.  These free radicals attack your healthy cells, which can increase the aging process.  It is important to avoid foods high in fat content, pesticides and ultraviolet radiation exposure to reduce your exposure to the production of free radicals.

Your body is exposed to toxins on a daily basis through the foods you eat and the pollutants found in your home and in the air.  You cannot feel the toxins working against your body, but they are literally destroying your healthy cells and speeding up your aging process.

Vitamins Used in the Anti-Aging Process

While vitamins have always been recommended to improve health in women, there have been some new discoveries as to certain types of vitamins and their contribution to promoting healthy cell rejuvenation and anti-aging.

Different types of Anti-Aging Vitamins

• Antioxidants – Natural antioxidants help rid your body of harmful toxins that can reduce the effects of your anti-aging efforts.  Antioxidants can be found in strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cherries and grapes.  Also, green tea is a great source for natural antioxidants.

• Vitamin B3 - Also called niacin, helps your body convert calories from fat, protein and carbohydrates into energy.  It helps digestive functions and promotes healthy nerves and skin.  Sources for Vitamin B3 are:  peanuts, eggs, meat, yeast, fish and poultry.

• Vitamin B6 – Also, called pyridoxine increases brain function and converts proteins into energy.  Sources of Vitamin B6 are: pork, eggs, fish, poultry, soybeans, whole grains, nuts, bananas, seeds and oats.  Other forms of Vitamin B6 responsible for slowing down the aging process are vitamin blends that combine vitamins that promote healthy cells for proper cell rejuvenation.  Due to the advancement of technology and science in genomics, vitamins have been created in the right balance for each area of life.

• Other vitamins include:  Vitamin E, Selenium, Vitamin K and Vitamin C.

These are the vitamins to include in your daily diet to produce healthy cells.  Dairy products, such as milk and cheese have Casein.  This is a common food allergen that depletes immune cells.  Consider replacing your dairy products with foods rich in calcium, such as soy, juice, rice, sardines, salmon, collard greens and broccoli.

Aging is inevitable and not something any woman looks forward to.  However, while we are not able to completely eliminate the aging process, we can slow it down significantly.  Anti-aging is not only about your looks and appearance, it is about how you feel inside and out.  Take the time to nourish your body and include the above vitamins in your daily routine.
