With all the media blitz surrounding the dangers of high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) there’s no lack of information for health conscious folks wanting to make safe food choices. Now many people are downright leery of HFCS - and with good reason. This rogue sweetener continues to contribute to a host of health problems.
